What Повернуть PDF does

Повернуть PDF turns pages that are sideways or upside down, which often happens with scanned documents, photographed pages and landscape tables inside a portrait report. You can rotate every page or only the pages you list.

pdf-lib changes the rotation setting stored for each selected page. The page content itself is not redrawn, so text, images and quality stay exactly the same and the file size barely changes. The angle is added to any rotation the page already has, and the result is named with -rotated.

Settings explained

Rotation

90° ↻, the default, turns pages a quarter turn clockwise, 90° ↺ a quarter turn counterclockwise, and 180° turns them upside down. The angle is added to the current rotation of each page.

Pages (empty = all)

Leave it empty to rotate every page, or list pages and ranges separated by commas, such as 2, 5-7, 10-. 10- runs to the last page and -4 means pages 1 to 4. Unlisted pages are not changed.

• Use the page numbers your PDF viewer shows, not the numbers printed on the pages. The tool counts the first page of the file as page 1, including the cover.
• Rotation does not change how text is stored, so text stays selectable and searchable after rotating, and links and form fields keep working.
