Estrai pagine da PDF copies the pages you choose from a PDF into a new, smaller PDF. It is the quickest way to send only the relevant part of a long document, such as one chapter of a book, one invoice from a monthly statement, or the signature page of a contract.

pdf-lib copies the selected pages without re-rendering them, so text stays selectable and quality does not change. Pages appear in the order you type them, and each page is included once. The new file is named with -extract, and the original file stays unchanged.

Type the pages to keep, separated by commas. The default is 1-2. 3, 7-9, 12- takes page 3, pages 7 to 9 and page 12 to the end, and -4 means pages 1 to 4.

• The order you type is the order in the new PDF. For example, 5, 1-3 puts page 5 first, followed by pages 1, 2 and 3.

• Use an open range to copy everything from a page to the end: 7- takes page 7 and every page after it.
