Tips for the best result

• Type numbers without thousands separators. Write 1500 or 1500.5, not 1,500.5, because a comma is read as the decimal separator.
• Data units here are decimal: 1 KB is 1,000 bytes and 1 GB is 1,000,000,000 bytes, as storage makers count. Some operating systems count in steps of 1,024 instead.
• Cups, fluid ounces and gallons use US measures. A UK (imperial) gallon is about 4.546 liters, not 3.785 liters as in the US.
• For body weight in stone, as used in the UK and Ireland, choose stone (st) in the weight list. One stone is exactly 14 pounds.
